Gratefully.....
Our family has the unique honour of having three generations of alumni from the same Jesuit Institution.
So have been a son of a Jesuit Alumnus, an Alumnus along with my brothers and the father and father-in-law of three alumni all from St Stanislaus Bandra. My association with the Jesuits has been more than that. A Jesuit in training for five years, part of the PTA while my sons were at school and closely associated with the Alumni Movement all along right upto date.
The greatest influence from this association with the Jesuits has been the striving for excellence in whatever is to be done. Coupled with this is the absence of "what's in it for me" when engaged with any initiative.These have been my driving forces in whatever I have been able to achieve. When I sit down to reflect, I can see a lot of "Jesuit" peeping through - whether in my design practice, teaching and training initiatives and support to professional bodies.
